| 3/3/2008 | So, while Bob sits at the back of the galley this morning trying to escape the searing rays of the morning sun that are interrupting his morning coffee, he wonders why his watch doesn't indicate that it's March 5th! March 5th is the day we're going to arrive at Clipperton. He continues to wonder why his I.T. person can't make the satellite internet work every time, he considers a replacement which, he says, are easy to find even out here in the south pacific. So while Bob sits closely by not wanting to write anything for this journal, your humble webmaster has decided to read his mind and let you all know what he's thinking: 1. Where the hell is all the stuff that we put on the ship? 2. Why is the island so far. 3. What the hell is for dinner? 4. Why is my operating schedule in the middle of the night? 5. Do I really have to put all this stuff up? 6. Just how salty is the sea around here anyway? 7. Why didn't I learn french in high school? I don't quite understand these guys. 8. Boy is this fun. 9. I sure hope my wife hasn't sold all my radio stuff by the time I get home and bought a new Bentley. |
